    Where can I use the Regency Square Gift Card?
    Use your Gift Card at participating merchants accepting the American Express Card at Taubman malls nationwide. A list of participating malls is included in your Gift Card holder.

    In what denominations can the Gift Cards be purchased?
    The Regency Square Gift Cards are available in denominations from $20 to $500.

    What if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
    Record your Gift Card number in a safe place in case of loss or theft. Your Gift Card can be replaced, free of charge, ONLY if you can provide us with your Gift Card number. If you Gift Card is lost or stolen, contact us immediately at 1-800-314-2363. Funds debited from lost or stolen cards prior to our receipt of your notification can not be replaced.

    How do I find the remaining balance on my Gift Card?
    The original balance should be indicated on the white box located on the back of the Gift Card. At any time, you can confirm the available balance at the Customer Service Center of the participating malls listed in your Gift Card packaging, or by visiting www.giftcard.taubman.com or call toll free within the United States at 1-800-314-2363.

    How do I return something purchased with my Gift Card?
    Keep your purchase receipt and Gift Card in case you wish to make a return. Return policies vary by store. If the merchants issues a credit to the Gift Card, these funds may not be available for 3 to 7 business days.

    Does my Gift Card expire?
    The Gift Card has a "Valid Thru" date on the back of the Gift Card. The Gift Card is not valid after the last day of the month listed but the funds do not expire. If available funds remain on the Gift Card after the "Valid Thru" date, call 1-800-314-2363 for instructions on how to redeem the available funds.

    How can I purchase a Gift Card online?
    Yes. You may purchase a Gift Card online from any participating Taubman center website. At this time, we are unable to ship Taubman Gift Cards to the states of CT, HI, NH, RI & VT. Based upon legislation in these five states, it is cost prohibitive for American Express to sell our Gift Cards.

    How do I unsubscribe from weekly E-bulletins?
    If you would like to unsubscribe to your weekly E-bulletin, simply sign in and uncheck the box to receive e-bulletins under your profile section. If you still receive an E-bulletin the following week, please send a comment via our suggestion box under Mall Info.

    Do you have a Ticketmaster outlet?
    Yes. Ticketmaster tickets may be purchased at our Customer Service Center, located on the upper level next to Crabtree & Evelyn. Ticketmaster gift cards are also available.

    What are the extended holiday hours?
    Regency Square hosts extended shopping hours for your convenience during the holiday season. We will post any extended holiday hours as they become available. Click here for updated hours or call the Shop Line at (804) 740-SHOP (7467).

    Where are the ATM machines located?
    The ATM machines are located in The Food Court. One machine is located next to The Garden Room and the other near Mr. Pretzel.

    Do you have strollers?
    Yes, strollers are located at the Customer Service Center on the upper level near Entrance #4 by Texas de Brazil. The rental fee is $4, but $2 is refundable upon return.

    Where are the pay phones?
    Pay Phones are located at Entrance #3 by Victoria's Secret on the lower level, Entrance #5 at The Food Court, and Entrance #4 by Texas de Brazil on the upper level.

    Do you have wheelchairs?
    Yes. Wheelchairs are available at no charge at the Customer Service Center on the upper level near the clock.

    Please report any lost or found item(s) to the Customer Service Center or to a security officer.

    Lost and Found item(s) are held in the Security Office.

    The restrooms are located in The Food Court on the lower level and in The Family Lounge on the upper level near Texas de Brazil.

    The elevator is located near The Food Court beside the stairs. Elevators are also located in Macy*s, JCPenney, and Sears.
